Shipping policy

We follow the Free Shipping policy. And there would be absolutely no other hidden charges.

We ship products to all parts of UAE, where courier services are available, and the estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on the shipping destination.

We work with some of the best courier partners in the country. Once the payment is confirmed and the order is processed, you will receive a tracking id and a link to check the status of your order.

While we endeavor to ship out your order at the earliest, if there are any unexpected delays beyond 7 days, due to unavoidable logistic challenges, you may cancel the order and we will process a refund immediately (refer to Cancellation Policy)
